Stained-glass creation near the Eiffel Tower

The explosion-like effect of destructured geometry

In this apartment located at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, the windows have a stained-glass wall effect. The composition works as a triptych when one is in the hallway, but also functions as a diptych when seen from the living-room.

The long vertical lines punctuated by touches of colored glass create an “exploded” effect and play on the variations in intensity between very dense areas and other calmer ones. The stained glass windows hide an interior courtyard while letting in the light. In the kitchen, the panels echo the main triptych and therefore create a harmonious overall impression.
