Stained-glass window near Raspail

A dialogue between irisdescent and textured glass

This stained-glass work combines strict geometrical lines with dancing curves. I feel really attracted to the contrast between these two languages and the tension they create in a composition.
The panels are destined for a window with very little light, leaving me with no choice but to be extremely peculiar about the selection of glass. The opal one has a strong presence even when poorly lit, while the green one turns into an iridescent glass when the light fades.
